Holly Madison has vowed to continue competing on reality TV series Dancing With The Stars after becoming the latest contestant to suffer an injury.

The ex-girlfriend of Hugh Hefner was called up as a late replacement for singer Jewel, who was diagnosed with tendonitis after collapsing in rehearsals. And Madison has now suffered an injury of her own - after a fall left her with a painful rib injury.

A representative for the star says, "After experiencing pain in her rib area, Holly received medical attention. While she is not suffering from a broken rib, she does continue to feel a great deal of discomfort and was prescribed pain medication." But Madison - who survived elimination with partner Dmitry Chaplin on Tuesday night - is determined to dance on next week's show.

The rep adds, "She is committed to the show and her partner, Dmitry, and will rest when she can. She fully hopes and, at this time, expects to dance on Monday."
