Actress Mariska Hargitay has returned to the set of TV drama Law & Order: SVU after taking a three-week break to recover from a partially collapsed lung.

Tabloid reports suggested Hargitay's health crisis will keep her off the set of the hit show, with sources claiming producers "have written her out of the rest of the season."

The 44-year-old was back at work on Monday just days after promising she would return to film the final four episodes of the hit cop show's latest season.

Co-star Chris Meloni says, "She's doing great and we're happy to have her back."
