Grey's Anatomy actor T.R. Knight has been involved in a car crash which left a man and woman needing hospital treatment.

Knight was taking a left turn in an area of heavy construction in Hollywood on Thursday when he collided with another vehicle.

According to TMZ.com, the star was unhurt in the accident, but a man and a woman were reportedly taken to nearby Olympia Medical Center in Los Angeles.
