Lindsay Lohan is appealing to actor Seth Rogen to get in touch because she is desperate to star alongside the funnyman in a new Sean Penn movie.

The star reveals she's in talks to appear in a forthcoming film by Oscar winner Penn, but the pair's attempts to contact Knocked Up comedian Rogen have so far been ignored.

She tells Nylon magazine, "I'm talking to a lot of people right now. One is Sean Penn - I spoke to him again the other day. We're trying to get Seth Rogen for this project, but Seth won't call us back. So call us back, Seth, if you're reading this!"
