Jessica Biel, Megan Fox & Lauren Conrad All Move On To Round 2 Of 'Celebrity Madness'

Cast your votes for your favorite male & female celebrities in Starpulse.com's First Annual "Celebrity March Madness" showdown! In the spirit of the NCAA Men's and Women's Basketball Tournaments, we bring you two celebrity tournaments throughout the month of March that will determine the number one male and female celebrity - chosen by YOU!

All you have to do is cast your vote in the poll under the picture for one of the two celebs in each match-up! At the end of the round, we'll tally the votes and get the next round underway. There's even a bracket (updated after each round) with all the match-ups that you can print out (link below) and use to play along with your friends, create an office pool, or just keep track of all your own picks.

For the next two weeks we'll bring you six rounds of celebrity match-ups to vote on, much in the same style that the NCAA does: First & Second round, Sweet 16, Elite Eight, Final Four and the final Championship round to determine YOUR pick for the number one Female and Male celebrities!

Note: ALL TOURNAMENT VOTING HAS ENDED. The following polls are for testing purposes only for next year's tournament.

The Match-up

#1 Jessica Biel vs #16 Kelly Clarkson

Jessica is coming off two roles where she was the only good thing in each film, Next and I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry, and she'll play a stripper in the upcoming film Powder Blue, which means we'll definitely be going to see that one. Kelly recently released her fourth album since winning American Idol, All I Ever Wanted.

First Round Voting: March 19-22
Second Round Voting: March 23-25
Sweet 16 Voting: March 26-28
Elite Eight Voting: March 29-31
Final Four Voting: April 1-3
Championship Voting: April 4-6
The champion will be announced on April 7th!

Rihanna-- well you probably already know what's going on with her. If you don't, welcome out from under your rock. You can get all the latest stories on her saga here; and Lauren "L.C." Conrad stars on the fake reality show The Hills with other tournament entries Heidi Montag and Audrina Patridge.

Carmen Electra's most noted for being a former stripper who did Playboy, married Dennis Rodman, and then got a gig on Baywatch. She's pretty much only famous for her looks, which have landed her roles in every spoof movie that's come out since Scary Movie. Kara Dioguardi is the newest 'fourth judge' on American Idol who makes you wonder if Paula Abdul (who thinks that four judges is too many now, despite pushing to get Kara brought on to the show) will even be back next year.
