DiddyRap mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs has settled a copyright infringement lawsuit with fashion house Louis Vuitton, ending a dispute over product placement in various Danity Kane videos.

The Bad Boy Records boss and heads at the label's parent company Warner Music Group were sued by executives at the luxury label for unauthorized use of Louis Vuitton's intellectual property.

In the legal papers, filed in Paris, France last August, Combs' company was accused of using the Louis Vuitton logo in two of the girl group's music videos, as well as in album packaging photos for their self-titled 2006 release.

The two parties reached a deal on Thursday. Combs has agreed to remove all visual references to the trademarks from future releases of the videos and album in question. That won't be too tough as Danity Kane were disbanded last month.

The financial terms of the settlement have not been released.

It is the second such legal matter Louis Vuitton bosses have settled in recent months - Sony BMG heads were forced to pay $150,000 after using the brand's designs in albums and videos by stars like Britney Spears, Da Brat and Ruben Studdard.
