We're not sure what to think about Kate Bosworth's black and white dress. It has some sort of enormous flower-like growths on it. She showed up with all smiles to attend Global Green USA's 6th Annual Pre-Oscar Party benefiting green schools. But we're not smiling after looking at this outfit.
