Leonardo DiCaprio will have to convert to Judaism if he wants to wed supermodel girlfriend Bar Refaeli - her dad won't let his daughter marry outside her faith.

The Titanic star visited Refaeli's parents during a trip to Israel last year - but that won't be enough to make the actor a part of the family, according to boxing promoter Aaron Braunstein, a friend of the model's dad.

He tells the New York Daily News, "He told me that if Leo doesn't convert to Judaism, there will be no marriage."
