BrandyThe widower of the woman killed when her car was hit by singer Brandy's vehicle in December 2006 has rejected an insurance settlement, to which the R&B star was planning to personally contribute.

Brandy had offered to pay Marouane Hdidou $200,000 on top of the $1 million he was being offered by an insurance company, according to TMZ.com.

But Hdidou has decided that's not enough for the loss of his wife, Awatef Aboudihaj, who lost her life in a pile-up on a Los Angeles freeway.
