Farrah Fawcett Sues Over Classic Swimsuit Photographs
Fawcett filed papers at Los Angeles county court on Friday claiming that two companies have been using the images without permission, as she owns all of the rights to the pictures.
The star has named Bio-Graphics inc., Pie International Inc. and author T.N. Trikilis in the suit, claiming Trikilis "falsely asserted to third parties that (Fawcett) does not own any rights in the photographs."
The papers assert that Fawcett "owns and possesses all the photographs and negatives of all the photographs taken at the photo shoot", accusing Trikilis and executives at Pie of reproducing the photo and selling it on.
Fawcett is suing for a minimum of $100,000.
