Jodie Sweetin Passes Drug Test In Custody Case
Sweetin launched a bid for joint custody of her 10-month-old daughter Zoie with estranged husband Cody Herpin late last year - three months after submitting a request for legal separation. Herpin responded to the custody filings in December with a counter bid for sole custody.
He accused the ex-Full House star - a former methamphetamine and alcohol addict - of suffering a relapse in her recovery last month; allegations Sweetin denied. An Orange County, California court ordered both parties to submit to a drug test. Following a custody hearing on Monday, Sweetin's spokesperson told People.com, "Her test is good, it's clear."
Herpin, who also tested clear of drugs, currently shares joint custody with Sweetin, who is allowed supervised visits with the child.
