Actress Emily Blunt has slammed the paparazzi, after one photographer launched a foul mouthed attack on the star in front of her mother.

The 25-year-old treated her mom to a red carpet walk at the 2006 premiere of The Devil Wears Prada. However, Blunt was shocked when one photographer turned on her in a vulgar rant, and the experience has left the actress wary of paparazzi who are out to get her picture.

She tells Britain's Harper's Bazaar magazine, "They can become like vultures. My mother came to The Devil Wears Prada premiere with me, and this photographer yelled 'Go f**k yourself' at me, and I heard my mum gasp. It was just appalling."
