Pregnant actress Cobie Smulders is to marry her actor boyfriend Taran Killam.

The How I Met Your Mother star, who plays TV reporter Robin Scherbatsky in the hit series, announced in November that she and comedian Killam were expecting their first child. And now the couple has decided to make its relationship official, after Killam popped the question over the Christmas holidays.

However, Smulders is keeping the details of the proposal to herself: "That's personal, but it was very romantic, I'll tell you that much." And the actress insists there will be no wedding bells for a while - because the expectant parents are too excited about welcoming their new addition in the spring.

She tells People.com, "We're focused on the baby right now, and when we actually have a second, then we'll start thinking about that."
