LOS ANGELES (AP) — Patricia Arquette has filed for divorce from her actor-husband. Arquette filed for divorce from Thomas Jane in Los Angeles on Monday, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple, who were married in May 2006, have a 5-year-old daughter, Harlow Olivia Calliope Jane.

Arquette, the Emmy-winning star of the NBC show "Medium," is seeking custody of their daughter, with visitation rights for Jane.

Jane, who appeared in the 2007 film "The Mist" and 2004's "The Punisher," was placed on a year's probation in September after pleading no contest to a drunken driving count in California's Kern County.
