Since they are constantly being oogled by the public, celebrities know that it is important for them to look their best. It's how they get work, it's how they get exposure. There are, of course, those celebs who could do with a bit of a weight change. Here's a list of those stars who would look better if they gained or lost a couple extra pounds.
GAIN:
Kim Kardashian recently lost a quite noticeable amount of weight. She documented the whole thing on her blog (kimkardashian.com)-her diet, her exercise routines with fiancée Reggie Bush. Though she does look quite good, and she still isn't rail-thin like most Hollywood folk, one can't help but think that she looked significantly sexier when she was more voluptuous. With the weight loss, she looks like just another pretty girl in Hollywood. Her face also looks different-still beautiful, but a bit like she's had some work done. We say, bring back the booty, Kimmi!

Nicky Hilton continues to scare people with her knobbly knees and painfully sharp hipbones. She is absolutely skeletal. She is little more than a clothes hanger, as all her outfits seem to be clinging onto her meager bones for dear life. Each dress she wears looks like an embellished potato sack, since at this point she has absolutely no shape. As the prettier of the Hilton sisters, She should do what she can to preserve her sexy-in this case, that means gaining 10 or 15 pounds.

Amy Winehouse used to be a curvy, sultry mama, but her crack addiction has made her look like, well, a crackhead. At 25 years of age, she looks like a fifty year-old woman with the body of a ten year-old girl. A weight gain for Amy Winehouse would not just make her look better, but it would be a sign that she is recovering. Let's hope that this year, Amy gets it together, puts down the crackpipe, packs on some pounds, and gets back to work in the studio.

Mark Anthony doesn't have the nickname "skeletor" for no reason. It's a wonder that his children don't cry when they see him, as he has the frame of a junkie. Perhaps his rumored divorce from Jennifer Lopez will depress him enough that he'll start eating his emotions. Though he's always been slim, it's hard to believe that someone could be naturally be so scarily bony.

LOSE:
She added a nonsensical accent to her last name, and adds a few more pounds to her frame each time we see her. Though Ms. Symone says she is comfortable with her body, and is glad not to look like every other skinny girl in Hollywood, one can't help but wonder if she's just gaining weight to spite us.

Oprah Winfrey is known not only for being one of the most successful women in the world, but also for her yo-yo dieting. Her weight goes up and down like an amusement park ride, and now, at a whopping 200 pounds, it's clearly time for her to hit the gym. The wonderful thing about Oprah, however, is that we know she's going to dedicate herself, like she has countless other times, to losing the weight and will soon again be the fabulous, healthy-looking mogul she is.

Earlier this year, an angel came to Perez Hilton. He told him that if he was going to criticize celebrities, he'd better do something about his clown-like appearance. He ditched the tacky pink hair, and some of his terrible wardrobe and became a slimmer, more clean-cut Perez. Unfortunately, he is still a bit pudgy, and still just as loud-mouthed. Our advice to Perez is to keep it up-and to look into hiring the Jonas Brothers' stylist.

Her weight is part of what got her the starring role in 2007's Hairspray, but now that the buzz around the movie has officially died down, the only thing keeping Ms. Blonsky in the tabloids is her one airport confrontation with America's Next Top Model contestant, Bianca Golden. It is no secret that there are few roles in Hollywood for women of her size, and to be honest, being that big cannot be healthy. Perhaps if she slimmed down, she wouldn't fade so quickly into obscurity.
