50 CentRap mogul 50 Cent is really feeling the effects of the global economic downturn - he's been forced to slash the price of his Connecticut mansion by $4 million.

The In Da Club star originally put the house, formerly owned by boxer Mike Tyson, on the market for $18.5 million, but the property is now listed at the reduced price of $14.5 million.

His realtor, Deborah Orr of Keller Williams Realty, explains, "It's the market. With a unique property, everyone acknowledges it's difficult to pinpoint the perfect market price. We feel we need to stimulate some activity, and that was the intent of the price cut." 50 Cent bought the mansion in 2003 for $4.1 million.

The struggling housing market is the latest worry for the rapper - his reality show 50 Cent: The Money and the Power was dropped by MTV last week, and he recently admitted he has lost "millions of dollars" in decreasing stock values.
