Scarlett JohanssonHollywood actress Scarlett Johansson has won a legal battle to shut down an unofficial website bearing her name.

The Match Point star lodged a complaint against ScarlettJohansson.com after the site ran a joke competition offering readers the chance to "win a smoking-hot threesome" with the 24-year-old.

A source tells British newspaper the Daily Express, "The 'threesome' reference was meant in a light-hearted way and actually referred to her film, Vicky Cristina Barcelona. But Scarlett clearly didn't appreciate the joke."

A representative for the site's owner, Gibraltar-based Tristan Dare, claimed the contest was published in an "obvious, overt tongue-in-cheek manner" and "attempted to parody the typical Hollywood advertisement."
