Dane Cook's half-brother Darryl McCauley is due in court on suspicion of embezzling million of dollars from the U.S. comedian.

McCauley, who is also Cook's business manager, was reportedly arrested in Massachusetts on Tuesday, accused of siphoning off funds from the stand-up and movie star.

According to the New York Daily News, McCauley allegedly transferred Cook's funds into his own personal accounts without permission, and is also accused of forging a $3 million check to himself. McCauley, of Wilmington, Massachusetts was scheduled to appear at Woburn District Court on Wednesday morning charged with larceny and forgery.

Cook's lawyer Joseph Zwicker declined to comment. No further details were released as WENN went to press.
