The paparazzo who was arrested for allegedly attacking Ron Jeremy with pepper spray got a raw deal, according the former porn star.

Jeremy told TMZ.com the photographer is actually a good guy who may have been responding to a knife threat outside Mel's Diner on the Sunset Strip.

Jeremy even did an interview with the photographer following the incident.
