We think Kelly Osbourne looks striking in this zebra-print dress. We're not crazy about the tattoos or the hair (she looks like she shaved half of it and it's growing in), but her figure has never looked better! She was definitely flaunting it at Flaunt Magazine's 10th Anniversary Party and Annual Holiday Toy Drive on Dec. 17.
