Lily AllenLily Allen's cover version of Britney Spears' single "Womanizer" has landed her in trouble with record label bosses - after her pal Mark Ronson helped it leak online. Allen handed Ronson the track after he requested a new song to play during his show on New York's East Village radio last Friday.

But he ignored her request to obscure part of the song so it couldn't be grabbed and leaked online - and the track has now become a massive internet hit, with fans able to download and share it for free.

Allen's label bosses are reportedly furious because they have missed out on lucrative online sales from the song, and have reprimanded the singer.

She fumes at Ronson in a post on her MySpace page, "Now, some of you may be wondering why I covered "Womanizer." Simple really; I love Britney and I love the song. It wasn't my intention for it to have whizzed round the world like it has. Mark Ronson asked me for something no one had heard to play on his radio show and "Womanizer" was the only song I had as an attachment on my Blackberry and I couldn't get home to send him anything else in time. I had asked him to talk all over it so it wouldn't get ripped, but he didn't - thanks Mark for getting me in serious trouble with my record company."
