Aussie pop duo The Veronicas have thanked The Jonas Brothers for increasing their profile in the U.S. - but insist they taught the trio everything they know.

Twins Jessica and Lisa Origliasso supported the teen heartthrobs on the latest leg of their hit Burning Up tour in America, and the relative unknowns have seen their track Untouched fly into the U.S. charts. And the pair are grateful for the invite to perform on the tour, as The Jonas Brothers' fan base has been passed onto them.

Lisa tells People.com, "Obviously, their fans are very dedicated and very enthusiastic. So every time we got onstage it was insane. We were definitely feeling the love from their fans, which was cool."

However, the duo is adamant they showed the Disney sensations how to be rock stars, adding: "We taught the Jonas Brothers everything they know."
