The Nobel Peace Prize Concert took place last night, December 11, in Oslo, Norway with hosts Scarlett Johansson and Michael Caine. Scarlett wore a purple Roland Mouret dress with jewels by Van Cleefs and Arpels and Christian Louboutin shoes.

You can clearly see Scarlett's tattoo on her arm - some kind of sunset and ocean design (scroll down for larger view). Should she have covered it up? What do you think of Scarlett's demure, asymmetrical purple gown? Is she hot or not?
