Victoria Beckham follows a set of golden rules when posing for photos on the red carpet - to ensure she's photographed in the perfect light at every event.

The former Spice Girl, famed for her trademark pout, always manages to look stunning in photographs - but only because she adheres to a list of strict guidelines.

She tells Britain's Cosmopolitan magazine, "Don't pose and talk at the same time, or else you're going to end up with a dodgy photo! Be yourself - if I stood on the red carpet with a cheesy grin that just wouldn't be me. I'm always quite nervous at those kinds of things as well. I just try and concentrate."
