Lady Gaga is not shy about wearing ridiculous costumes, but she's taken it to another level with this one at the opening of Jet Nightclub at the Mirage Hotel. It looks like she has a sculpture growing out of her leather dress and her hair and makeup is completely over the top. And is that the top of an areola trying to peak out of her top?
