Elisha Cuthbert's Ex In Trouble For 'Sloppy Seconds' Remark
League officials were appalled when Dallas Stars player Sean Avery made a derogatory sexual reference to his ex-girlfriend before Tuesday night's game in Calgary, Canada, where Cuthbert's new man Dion Phaneuf now plays hockey.
In an attempt to verbally attack Phaneuf during a pre-game interview, tough guy Avery said, "I just want to comment on how it's become, like, a common thing in the NHL for guys to fall in love with my sloppy seconds. I don't know what that's about."
As a result, Avery has been suspended from the NHL indefinitely.
