Rod Stewart's wild child son Sean Stewart once beat himself up for drugs. The reforming hellraiser admits he was so hooked on painkillers he went to extremes to get a ready supply of pills.

Now attempting to clean up his act on reality show "Celebrity Rehab," Stewart has revealed just how desperate his habit became before he sought help.

He says, "This is really embarrassing; I beat myself up to go to the hospital so I could get Vicodin. I just started punching myself and hitting my face against the wall."
