LONDON (AP) - British actress Sienna Miller has won 53,000 pounds ($79,000) from a photo agency she was suing on grounds of harassment.

Miller's lawyer David Sherborne says the out-of-court settlement covers her two complaints against Big Pictures U.K. Ltd.

The agency also has agreed not to follow her or photograph her at home or in her garden.

Twenty-six-year-old Miller and the agency informed a court about the settlement Friday.

Miller, whose on-and-off relationship with ex-fiance Jude Law made her an overnight celebrity, has appeared in the films "Casanova," ''Factory Girl" and "Layer Cake."

Allen Williams of Big Pictures U.K. Ltd. confirmed that the agency had reached a settlement with Miller and had no further comment to make.
