Penelope Cruz looks so similar to her sister Monica, she sometimes confuses herself.

The Hollywood beauty shares twin-like facial features with her younger sibling, and Cruz admits she is stunned by how alike they look.

She says, "The other day we were sitting together in the back of the car and I was looking in the rear view mirror and a very strange thing happened: I thought I was looking at my face and it was hers!"
