Aretha FranklinSoul legend Aretha Franklin has found a cure for the laryngitis that hampered her career for years - she has to stop talking. The 20-time Grammy winner, 66, frequently found herself suffering from throat and voice problems, until it dawned on her she was wearing out her voice box.

Franklin explains, "I used to get laryngitis, and I couldn't understand why. It was oversinging and talking when I should just keep quiet."
