William Baldwin's transsexual TV lover has dubbed the actor Hollywood's best kisser.

Candis Cayne, who plays Baldwin's 'mistress' in TV hit Dirty Sexy Money, insists the actor throws himself into the pair's sex scenes - despite the fact she was born a man and he's all man.

Cayne says, "Billy Baldwin is a great kisser. His wife (Chynna Phillips) is a very lucky woman. Billy is a great guy inside out."
