The Girls Next DoorHalloween always merits some sort of celebration, especially for Hef and the Girls Next Door. With the Mansion's Halloween party being one of their biggest events, much preparation was done to provide the full frightening effect.

Aside from decorating the Mansion in the most menacing manner, Hef and the girls also had to choose not only their costumes, but the painted lady costumes as well. Bridget, the horror-themed queen, decided on dressing as Medusa, Holly went as Disney princess Tinkerbell and Kendra pimped out a '70s disco girl outfit, including an afro constructed from her own hair. Not surprisingly, Hef showed up once again in a robe and devil horns.

As a horror movie fanatic, Bridget jumped at the opportunity to co-produce a horror film. A team of writers and producers met with her at the Mansion to discuss the film and Bridget made it clear that she knew what she wanted in the film, including Playmates. The audition took place at a store that sells horror products, where many Playmates showed up to read for the film. For some reason, the producers were impressed with Holly's audition.

The girls, friends and Mansion staff members all gathered at the Mansion for the script's table read. At this time, we found out the film's storyline takes place in a sorority house, which makes Playmates ideal cast members. Brian, a member of the Mansion staff, played the part of the vampire and nailed the part… perhaps well enough for the actual film?

By the way, was anyone else completely exasperated by the one girl at the audition whose "special talent" was making the strange squeaking noise with her voice? Stay tuned in the coming weeks to hopefully see how planning and producing the movie pans out.
