Comedienne Roseanne Barr confesses she had plastic surgery in a bid to escape former husband Tom Arnold.

The star - who was married to the actor for four years - had a breast reduction, tummy tuck and nose job just to avoid spending time with her then husband.

She says, "Every time I had a break I would have surgery. I think just to get away from him and then when I came back there'd be nurses in the house and I wouldn't be alone with him."

The couple divorced in 1994.
