Playboy boss Hugh Hefner has split from girlfriend Holly Madison.

The Playboy blonde confessed the pair had ended their relationship during a video interview with celebrity website TMZ.com. She says, "Hef and I are no longer together."

However, Madison confirmed she will be starring in the upcoming series of E! Network show the Girls Next Door. The news comes after reports Madison had cheated on the magazine boss.
