Ratdog guitarist Bob Weir is suffering from broken ribs, after taking a tumble on his tour bus. Weir fell awkwardly when the driver of the famous 'Deadmobile' braked suddenly, en route to a recent post-tour fund raising concert.

The gig had to be postponed and a publicist for the band tells TMZ.com that Weir is in pain when he tries "to breathe, hold the guitar, and laugh."

The 60-year-old is a founding member of the Grateful Dead.
