Next Saturday night HBO will be presenting a new special, his first in five years, "Chris Rock: Kill The Messenger." The show will be a compilation of performances from his tours in London, South Africa, and New York. The special premieres on Saturday, Sept. 27 at 9 p.m.

Throughout the years, three-time Emmy Award-winner Chris Rock has proved to be funny, insightful, original and fearless in addressing such hot-topic issues as race relations, poverty, parenthood and politics. Rock has been named one of Time Magazine's "100 Most Influential People in the World" and has been described as "probably the funniest and smartest comedian working today" by The New York Times.

"Chris Rock: Kill the Messenger", will feature exclusive footage of three different international performances of Rock's tour including South Africa's Carnival City Casino, New York's legendary Apollo Theater and the Carling Apollo Hammersmith in London.
