Kanye West is firing off about his arrest last week, insisting the photographer he and his road manager Don Crowley attacked at Los Angeles' LAX airport "wasn't cool."

In a brief post on his blog, West who is recovering from his legal spat in Hawaii, insists he's "cool with the paparazzi", but he took offense when he was confronted by one snapper - and found himself in police custody for smashing his equipment.

He writes, "This guy wasn't cool."

West and Crowley were released from the Los Angeles Police Department's Pacific Division on $20,000 bail on Thursday following their arrests that morning. Both men were charged with felony vandalism.

Meanwhile, the unnamed photographer claims he cannot work at the moment because his wrist was badly injured in the fracas.
