Professional Gold-Digger Paul McCartney's ex-wife Heather Mills is planning to write a fictional novel - about a former model who marries a pop star.

Despite the storyline closely mirroring her real life relationship with the former Beatle, insiders claim Mills plans to alter the names of the characters involved and release it as fiction. The move would help the 40-year-old side-step a court order, imposed after her $44.9 million divorce settlement from the rocker, banning her from discussing their marriage in public.

A source tells British magazine Hello, "Heather has written the treatment for a novel about a model and campaigner who marries the most famous rock star in the world. She will be marketing the book as a work of fiction."

Mills was recently accused by her former publicist of fabricating rumors about McCartney in a bid to discredit him ahead of the couple's March 2008 divorce.
