BoratThree members of the public who sued the producers of Borat: Cultural Learnings Of America For Make Benefit Glorious Nation Of Kazakhstan have had their case thrown out of court.

The group of three plaintiffs alleged they were manipulated into participating in the 2006 comedy film and filed legal action against movie bosses, accusing them of illegally using of their images.

But now British funnyman Sacha Baron Cohen and producers at 20th Century Fox are in the clear after a New York judge granted their request for dismissal of the case on Wednesday. U.S. District Judge Loretta Preska declared the agreement signed by the plaintiffs participating in the film is binding, citing the film's "documentary-style" concept.

Cohen was also cleared in April in a similar ruling, when Judge Preska ruled another man's litigation against the star was notwithstanding, following allegations that his image in the film was also used illegally.
