Justin Timberlake's best friend and business partner Trace Ayala has split with his fiancée, actress Joanna Garcia.

Ayala proposed to the Reba star in June, but broke off the engagement last month, according to reports.

A source tells Life & Style magazine, "Trace was unbelievably upset about it."
