Greek (ABC Family, 9 p.m.) - Ashleigh and Casey both have their eye on the same boy.

The Shield (FX, 10 p.m.) - The show that helped put FX on the map kicks off its final season.

Wednesday, Sept 3

America's Next Top Model (The CW, 8 p.m.) - The newest cycle includes a transgendered contestant, so you know there's going to be plenty of special Tyra moments.

Bones (Fox, 8 p.m.) - Oh, blighty! Booth and Brennan meet their British counterparts when they're called to investigate a case in London.

Sons of Anarchy (FX, 10 p.m.) - Charlie Hunnam ("Undeclared") stars in this new drama about a family of bikers.

Project Runway (Bravo, 9 p.m.) - Talk about pressure. The designers must create an outfit inspired by the fall line of fashion legend Diane von Furstenberg.

Top Design (Bravo, 10 p.m.) - The interior design competition returns with new host India Hicks and a challenge involving loft space.

Kitchen Nightmares (Fox, 8 p.m.) - Gordon Ramsay drops by six restaurants from last season to see if they've slipped up.

Samurai Girl (ABC Family, 8 p.m.) - Real World: San Diego's Jamie Chung is a Japanese heiress out to avenge her brother's death. Roswell's Brendan Fehr also stars.

Stand Up to Cancer (ABC, CBS, NBC, 8 p.m.) - The big three networks team together for a worthy cause in this special featuring a roster of celebrity faces, including Jennifer Aniston, Christina Applegate, Meryl Streep and Neil Patrick Harris.

Monk (USA, 9 p.m.) - John Turturro, Sarah Silverman, Andy Richter, Howie Mandel and Sharon Lawrence reprise their roles for the show's 100th episode, while Eric McCormack guests as a TV reporter.

Entourage (HBO, 10 p.m.) - The new season finds Vince nursing the "Medellin" disaster in Mexico with a beard and plenty of girls.

Mad Men (AMC, 10 p.m.) - Don's secretary makes a mistake that could reflect poorly on Joan. Oh, Joan is so not going to be happy.
