Country star LeAnn Rimes and her dancer husband Dean Sheremet are to renew their wedding vows today. The "How Do I Live" singer will wed again at the Calistoga Ranch in the Napa Valley, California, according to In Touch magazine.

The couple originally exchanged vows in February 2002.

Rimes met Sheremet when he was working as one of her backup dancers.
