Teen star Demi Lovato had to be helped to her feet after falling badly onstage in Chicago, Illinois on Sunday.

The 16-year-old was running around and thanking the audience at the end of her warm-up performance for the Jonas Brothers, when she slipped and fell on her side. Two guards quickly hauled her back up and she laughed and bowed before exiting the stage.

Lovato recently ditched her boyfriend Cody Linley so she could join the Jonas Brothers on their cross country road trip.
