Model-turned-reality TV star Tila Tequila's socialite girlfriend Courtenay Semel has been accused of assaulting a Las Vegas security guard. The 28-year-old daughter of former Yahoo CEO Terry Semel was cited by cops in Sin City after allegedly striking a guard when he wouldn't let her back into a nightclub to retrieve her cellphone.

Semel wasn't arrested after the altercation, which took place at Caesar's Palace's Pure nightclub at 4am on Wednesday, but she will have to pay a fine or appear before a judge.

Las Vegas police officer Jay Rivera tells People.com that Semel was taken to the hotel's security office, where she was "cited for battery and released."

Bisexual Tequila recently revealed she was exclusively dating Semel, after rejecting all the male and female contestants on the second season of her MTV reality show A Shot at Love With Tila Tequila. Due to the romance, Tequila has pulled the plug on a third season of the hit dating show.
