Pussycat Dolls original Carmit Bachar has quit the all-girl group to produce and star in a touring revue.
The singer will spearhead The Zodiac Show, a one-hour live concert-style theatrical event driven by music, celebrity, and multifaceted new talent.
Bachar says, "I will truly miss the girls but this has been a vision of mine for the last seven years and it's finally going to the big screen. It is the evolution of music, theatre and performance."
Of her new project, the singer says, "Imagine a rock 'n' roll version of Cirque Du Soleil, which is a musically driven theater show with specialty acts comprised of incredible talent."
Bachar will launch her new project on September 9 at Hollywood's Avalon Theater in Hollywood. She hopes to take the show to Las Vegas.
