Teen country star Taylor Swift is unlucky in love - because potential boyfriends are too scared of featuring in her songs.

The 18-year-old admits she needs a man in her life to inspire her music - but no men are prepared to let her write songs about them.

Swift says, "I think guys are afraid to ask me out because they think I'll write a song about them. And I would. I have no shame in that."
