Expectant parents Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have reportedly purchased a $16 million California home to make room for their expanding family.

The pair has made plans to settle in their new Los Angeles home where they are preparing for the birth of their second child. According to Us Weekly magazine, the 9,900 square foot estate includes seven bedrooms, seven baths, six fireplaces, a brick wine cellar, a library, three-car garage and swimming pool. Construction on the home is scheduled for completion before Garner - reportedly five months pregnant - gives birth.

Garner, 36, and Affleck, 35, will join their new famous neighbors, Spider-Man star Tobey Maguire and TV personality Ricki Lake, in the posh Brentwood area. Just last month, the couple's close friend Kevin Smith confirmed Garner's pregnancy, just after she and Affleck were spotted house-hunting in the city.

Affleck and Garner are already parents to two-year-old daughter Violet.
