Jesse McCartneyPop star Jesse McCartney is hoping to propel another Brit back to the top of the U.S. pop charts after co-writing "Bleeding Love" for Leona Lewis.

The singer/songwriter, who penned "Bleeding Love" with OneRepublic frontman Ryan Tedder, now has his sights set on writing a big hit for Natasha Bedingfield.

McCartney says, "I recently had a radio gig with Natasha Bedingfield, and we were backstage, and we were talking, and we swapped numbers. I was like, 'Let's get together and write something. Let's do something. Let's go to the studio and jam.' She was down. I would love to do something with her. She's an amazing vocalist."
