Actress Liv Tyler hopes to follow in the footsteps of her rocker father Steven Tyler by launching a singing career. The Incredible Hulk star plans to fulfill a lifelong ambition of singing onstage - just like her Aerosmith star father.

And she hopes to make her stage debut in a New York musical.

She says, "I would love to do a musical - like on Broadway. That's like the dream of my whole life.

"I always wanted to be a singer. Or get to sing. I haven't been able to do that, and I would love to do that."
