Desperate Housewives star Ricardo Chavira has become a dad for the second time.

The actor's wife Marcea Dietzel has given birth to a baby girl. The couple welcomed their newborn daughter Belen Elysabeth Chavira on Monday in a San Antonio, Texas hospital, with the tot weighing seven pounds, 12 ounces.

Chavira and Dietzel married in 2007 and are already parents to a five-year-old son, Tomas.
